We're looking for someone who reads a room without thinking, who remembers names without trying, and who treats the booking diary like a craft.
Greet guests at the door. Manage the diary and seat the room across service. Handle phone bookings with calm, including the awkward cancellations. Coordinate with the floor and the pass on timing. Close out reservations and notes for the next service.
Two years in front-of-house at a similar level. RSA certificate. Right to work in Australia. Comfort with a digital booking system (we use SevenRooms). Strong written English for confirmations and follow-ups.
25 hours a week across four shifts, with a stable Wed–Sat or Thu–Sun pattern. Award-rate pay plus weekend penalties. Staff meal, 30% staff discount. A team that won't shout.
